STUDIO & BOOKING GUIDELINES

Our goal is to be unparalleled in our work and service. To guarantee a reliable and extraordinary experience for you, we have established the following studio guidelines. They help us maintain an intentional, organized schedule and ensure every client receives our absolute, undivided attention. We deeply appreciate your adherence to these parameters.

01 / THE NON-REFUNDABLE INCENTIVE

All portrait session deposits and package completions are entirely non-refundable, serving as a formal anchor to lock in your dedicated date, time slot, and our active styling teams on location. Because our autumn portrait blocks are seasonal and strictly limited, this financial commitment guarantees that your exclusive space on our master calendar is fully respected and preserved.

02 / RESCHEDULING & TIME RULES

We understand that family life moves fast, which is why a single calendar date modification is warmly permitted if requested at least 5 days (120 hours) prior to your session. Any rescheduling requests made under the 5-day window will be subject to a standard $75 studio coordination fee to offset our lost calendar vacancy, and any arrival delays on set will directly subtract from your active 45-minute shooting block.

03 / WEATHER & LOGISTICS VARIANCE

In the event of severe, unshootable weather conditions on location, the photographer reserves the absolute right to officially postpone the block. Your session will be seamlessly migrated to our designated rain-date window with zero financial penalty, ensuring your family's connection is captured under beautiful, safe seasonal conditions.

03 / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Yvonne Denault retains full, exclusive copyright ownership of all raw and master-edited imagery generated during your session. Your package investment grants your family a non-exclusive, perpetual personal-use license to download, print, and share your final curated digital gallery, while any commercial use, corporate advertising, or resale of imagery remains strictly prohibited.
